Our Services
White Label Manufacturing
We have a Cut and Sew facility of Knitting Apparels with a capacity of making 30000 Garments per month. We can make garments with your brand label and according to your requirement. You can provide us with your order requirement and we will create a fresh batch of garments specifically made upon your demand and requirement. You can have blank garments made on your size guidelines or can ask for printed or embroidered garments as well.
Customized knitted Apparels
Every time we create a batch of hoodies or sweatshirts we make them according to clients’ brand requirements. By following each bit and piece mentioned in the order sheet for design, Size guideline, Sizes assortment, fabric color, and composition.
Decoration on Apparel
We do Screen Printing, Embroidery, Appliques, Badges, and Sublimation Printing on garments as per artwork provided by the client. We get the approval of artworks’ quality, design, colors, and placements by sending pre-production samples to clients for evaluation to reduce confusion and chances of error in mass production.
Attaching Labels and Tags to the Garments
Getting the apparel branded with your own label is a great way of brand recognition, we make the labels and tags according to designs provided by the client and stitch them with the garments or hang them with strings as hang tags.
Custom Packing of Garments as per Clients Instruction
We pack every garment in a polybag and then a specific number of garments in one cartoon to save them from wear and tear during transit.
Packing is done according to guidelines provided by the client or its intended warehouse.
Upon the client’s demand, we also affix barcodes to every garment and cartoon.
Arranging Air / Sea cargo Services for port or warehouse delivery
Upon Client requirement, we can arrange FOB, CNF, and Door delivery Logistics services Via Sea and Air Cargo at competitive prices and fast delivery.
Fabric Range
We make garments in Soft-touch azo-free, azo reactive non-bleeding anti piling fabrics in various knitting styles, composition, GSM, and Color selection of Clients’ choice.
The most commonly used Composition in knitted fleece fabric by us are as follows:
50%cotton 50%polyester
65%cotton 35%polyester
80%cotton 20%polyester
The most commonly used GSM in the above-mentioned compositions are
280 to 300 (Light Weight)
330 to 340 (Standard Weight)
460 to 380 (Heavy Weight)
